The new residential quarter is comprised of two construction phases: western and eastern. The main orientation of the residential spaces of the buildings are either south or west. The pavilion-like construction divides the spacious green area into well-proportioned, comprehensible zones that are allocated to the residential buildings. The neighborhood is designed to be pedestrian-friendly, with both sites completely free of cars to promote healthy living. A network of footpaths connects the residential buildings, allowing residents to walk throughout the entire area. An open park is situated between the buildings, serving as a communal recreational area for all residents to enjoy.
