The new retirement home is divided into three wings, positioned to the north, east, and west, allowing for a large open space. The main entrance is clearly perceptible, it is transparent and architecturally attractive. Each group of residents has its own covered outdoor area, allowing for shorter distances and differentiated spatial atmosphere.
