The new residential building is situated in the centre of Neukirchen. The building is based on the building structure of the village. Therefore there are two buildings with two different typologies and houses the gastronomy and the doctor. The building in the South incorporates the typology of the building that are based next to the street. The other building in the North is an solitary building, the solitary typology is very common in this area. The southern building has two stories and an attic floor, the northern one has three stories and an attic floor.
