"Bernou" is a neatly designed building with different heights that fits well into the cityscape at Schrödingerplatz. The ground floor has a kindergarten and shops, which nicely connect with the surrounding open area. The apartments offer nice views and have different uses, while the entrances are welcoming and there are green pathways.
The building cares about the environment by using strong materials and green roofs to collect rainwater. It encourages green living with a bike workshop and charging stations for electric cars in the underground parking. There are also shared spaces for residents to hang out and enjoy community living.
