DEVELOPMENT
The development proposal responds to the existing structure by a loosely staggered arrangement of compact urban villas (point houses) to provide exciting spaces in between for future residents and the residential neighbourhood.
OPEN SPACES
The open space concept forms a network of varying degrees of privacy around the residential islands.
Private gardens are arranged directly around the residential buildings, which form a soft transition to the spacious, publicly usable green areas via a multi-layered planted intermediate zone. Each developer plot has a centre as a meeting place to linger and play.
