The new buildings have been positioned to preserve the continuity with the land lot in the north-east. The residential buildings are organized in a staggered way, with the northern ones aligned with the existing culturally protected buildings. The southern buildings have been elevated to avoid living below the level of the existing railway tracks. The flexible floor plan design enables for a diverse and distinctive facade appearance.
