The new residential complex at the former Trollmann barracks comprises two separate sections. The buildings are positioned in a slightly staggered manner to form inviting spaces in front of the entrances. The shading of the buildings and green spaces is minimized by the gradual increase in building height from southwest to northeast. The complex is designed to be pedestrian-friendly and easily accessible.
