The new residential building on Liebigstrasse is designed in a cubic shape, extending over six floors. Its placement at the center of the property accounts for the open nature of the surrounding buildings, enabling a spacious park landscape for residents to enjoy. The building's structure is compact and requires minimal outdoor space.
