Visitors can access the area from the north via a newly created forecourt, which leads to an elevator and stairs that take them to the first floor at the level of the former Salzamt. The complex comprises three distinct structures: an underground part and two new six-storey hotel buildings, which are thoughtfully integrated into the landscape and set apart from the existing building. The two new hotel buildings will be constructed entirely of wood, allowing them to blend harmoniously with the rural surroundings and recede into the background. These new towers exhibit their own architectural style, clearly distinct from the existing structure.
