The 'Diversity meets city' project is guided by the principle of urban diversity, which encompasses social, cultural, and economic diversity, and is rooted in the practice of the European city model. Creating space and framework for exchange and dialogue is essential for fostering diversity. This integrative approach has been fundamental to the project since its beginning. The variety of buildings and their individual naming emphasize the urban character of the area and creates an identity. The residents can choose from different apartment types, and the diverse designs of the townhouses create a heterogeneous appearance. The district is entirely car-free.
